The Uber Driver hitmaker, Wendy Shay, has thrown a challenge to her fans and all of Ghanaians for the prize of $500 dollars.
Because of the presence of Corona Virus in Ghana, artists who released songs in these times have had to compete with news of the coronavirus on the airwaves, blogs, and social media trends which has caused artists to adopt new outside the box strategies to get Ghanaians to focus on their project in spite of the worrisome outbreak in Ghana.
The hottest female musician in Ghana, Wendy shay, has applied such a strategy to get Ghanaians to listen and interact with her new single, Akokora Gangster, by dropping a video and calling for a challenge with the winner taking the $500 prize.
This strategy will hopefully change the narrative in the entertainment industry or trends and will obviously attract more attention to the song and the artist in these difficult times.
