After the death of the father of fore MUSIGA president Obour it was alleged that he died of coronavirus and this led to a lot of people bashing the musician for hiding the travel history of his father.
This led to all those coming ito contact with his father going through testing to know whether they had been infected with the virus.
With God being so good all the 33 persons who were tested for the virus have come out testing negative. This has brought a lot of relief to all persons.
Shatta Wale has gone bananas on Reggie Rockstone for schooling him on his legacy of institutionalizing Hip Life music in Ghana.
It all started when Shatta Wale speaking during an interview yesterday, said he blames the Ghanaian legend for introducing rap in the country for people like Sarkodie to be riding on it today to do certain things he classifies as disappointing.
“I blame Reggie Rockstone for even bringing rap to Ghana because he himself, he has not made any impact with rap,” Shatta Wale said.
In reply, Reggie Rockstone reminded Shatta Wale that he also started as a rapper during his days as Bandana. Talking about his impact, Reggie also recounted how with his rap prowess he was able to fetch international collaborations.
The 55-year-old also made it known that a lot of the relevant musicians right now are all rappers apart from Stonebwoy who is a dancehall act. However, Reggie’s comment has only appeared to have angered Shatta Wale who decided to rain insults on him during a Facebook live video.
In an excerpt of the video, furious Shatta Wale is heard questioning Reggie Rockstone on why he’s still staying in his father’s house, whilst he (Shatta Wale) has bought so many houses.

Dancehall King Shatta Wale, has slammed the grandfather and originator of rap music in Ghana, Reggie Rockstone. The Shatta Movement Boss, who was not satisfied with Reggie Rockstone’s explanation on what he has achieved for Ghana through music and his claim that he set the pace for Shatta Wale to follow sparked rage in Shatta wale who took to facebook to ridicule the rapper for his unwarranted claims.
According to him, nobody paved the way for him in the industry, before Reggie, there were rappers and still stands on the fact that Reggie hasn’t made any impact in Ghana music. For him, Reggie’s achievement in Ghana music is the waakye he sells. He added that his fake life is the reason why till date, he, Reggie Rockstone lives in his father’s house unlike him, Shatta Wale who lives in his own house.
